I'm a fourth-year undergrad student (soon to be a graduate student in Master of Engineering in Data Science, MEng) at the University of Victoria and am about to complete my degree in Software Engineering (BSEng). I am extremely passionate about Software Development, Engineering, Data Science (Big Data Engineering), Business Intelligence, and Quantum Computing. These interests have encouraged me to gain skills in the areas of Math, Physics, and Computer Science. the subjects that I teach are: CSC 110, CSC 115, CSC 225, CSC 226, CSC 230, CSC 370, CSC 360, CSC 361, CSC 320, CSC 421 SENG 265, SENG 474, MATH 109, MATH 100, MATH 101, MATH 202, MATH 211, STAT 260.
Experience
I have tutored various first, second, and third-year students in Computer Science, Math, and Software Engineering through HelpHub over the past 3 years. I have helped many students via volunteering through my Club at UVic (WECS) by holding midterm review sessions and personalized office hours through the WECS office room. I have also held Teaching Assistant positions while attending University. The first session (2 hours) is always free as it is important that the student is comfortable with my style of teaching and also to gain feedback from the student in order for me to adapt to the student's way of learning.
